John Fenton

  John Fenton is probably Britain’s best-known sales guru. He is founder of both the Institution of Sales Engineers and the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. His inspirational annual sales conferences have been attended by thousands and his voice is one of the most influential in sales management and practice. His previous books include Close Close Close, How to Win New Customers, How to Sell Your Higher Price and Selling – The Most Important Job in the World, all published by Management Books 2000.
